During her session, Karen will guide you through the array of options available for safely transporting your child by bike at different stages of their development.

From front and rear bike seats to trailers, tagalongs, and innovative solutions like the FollowMe Tandem, Karen will demystify the process, helping you choose the perfect gear for your family's needs.

Joining Karen is Chris Leakey, a seasoned cycling adventurer and dad of two. Chris set up Bambino Biking in Manchester to allow other parents to test out cycling equipment before moving to head up the team at Manchester Cycles.

With extensive experience in running “try-before-you-buy” sessions, Chris will have a range of family cycling equipment available for you to test.

But that's not all! 

Throughout the afternoon, you'll hear inspiring tales from parents who have embarked upon epic bikepacking adventures with their little ones. Gain firsthand knowledge, tips, and tricks to make your own family cycling escapades a roaring success.
