Genesis are pulling out of the junior bike market, with no 2018 junior models being released. In previous years Genesis have offered the Alpha range of hybrid bikes, the Beta range of road and cyclocross bikes, and the Core mountain bikes – a nice little ABC of bikes for those kids looking to take their cycling a bit more seriously as they get older. 
When we contacted Genesis to confirm whether the omission of any junior bikes from their 2018 range was correct, their response was “That’s correct, there are no youth bikes going forward in the Genesis range for 2018.”
The only place to now get hold of Genesis kids bike will be secondhand on Ebay
